Hamptons Reliable offers private lifeguarding services for any event you may be planning for the summer season. Clients can feel relaxed at their own event knowing that their safety and their guests’ safety are in the hands of a professional lifeguard. Lifeguards come equipped with their own first aid kit, lifeguarding tube, and are on constant watch throughout the duration of your private event. Hamptons Reliable keeps everyone safe so that you can enjoy yourself without worrying about the “what ifs!”
There are some general rules that will be applied to every lifeguarding event to ensure safety for everyone in attendance. Clients must understand that Hamptons Reliable has complete control over the pool area during the event, and will not challenge Hamptons Reliables' word over an action deemed unsafe. These rules are listed below:
NO PUSHING OTHERS INTO THE POOL
HANDS & FEET TO YOURSELF
NO FOOD / DRINK AROUND THE POOL AREA
LIMITED NUMBER OF POOL FLOATS ALLOWED (Hamptons Reliable can remove them if deemed necessary)
There are no minimum requirements to how long the event must be.
Hamptons Reliable works seven days a week lifeguarding private events and teaching swimming lessons. Clients are asked to contact Hamptons Reliable with a specific date and timeframe for the event when inquiring about scheduling, as well as the address of where the event is being held.
To be placed on the schedule, clients must pay Hamptons Reliable in advance via any of the payment methods listed below.
*Clients that must re-schedule their event for any reason are urged to contact Hamptons Reliable as soon as possible. Clients must understand that it is not guaranteed that Hamptons Reliable will be able to lifeguard on the re-scheduled date due to other work commitments. Clients will follow the 48 hour cancellation policy in these circumstances.*
Prices are determined based on the address of where the event will be taking place and will take form of a flat hourly rate. The following payment methods are accepted by Hamptons Reliable for private lifeguarding services:
*Electronic Payments will be REQUESTED by Hamptons Reliable. Clients will look for a Venmo or PayPal REQUEST and hit ACCEPT. Clients WILL NOT SEND any money directly to Hamptons Reliable.
*Hamptons Reliable IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MONEY SENT TO ANY INCORRECT ELECTRONIC ACCOUNT.
**If paying by ACH Transfer, clients must provide Hamptons Reliable with their email address where an invoice will be sent via Quickbooks. If there are any questions or concerns clients may contact Hamptons Reliable directly.**
Cancellation Policy / Rain Policy
The cancellation policy for all lifeguarding events will operate on a strict 48-hour policy. Clients that cancel 48 hours or more from the start time of the party will receive a full refund. Clients that cancel within the 48-hour window will be charged the full amount.
In regards to weather, it is the clients' responsibility to make sure the weather is cooperative with the date of their event. Hamptons Reliable will not lifeguard any events in the rain, and as long as the 48 hour cancellation policy is honored clients will receive their full payment returned to them.
